The picture above is the development of Park East Tower. It is the first residential high rise construction project in the St. Louis area in nearly forty years. In thirty weeks, Raineri supplied over 11,000 cubic yards of 3,000 p.s.i. post-tension concrete. Typically post-tension concrete is stressed in three days; Raineri was able to produce concrete that was stressed in twenty-four hours keeping the project slightly ahead of schedule. This is one of three residential buildings planned in the next 5 years.

Project: 4th & Olive
Completed: 2004
Owner: Drury Inns & Suites.
Description: This 10 Floor Parking Structure contains nearly 10,000 yards of concrete. It required concrete strengths from 4000, 5000, 6000 & 8000 p.s.i. The concrete decks 3,000 in 3 days.

Project: Ameren UE Single-tone Building Phase I & II
Owner: Ameren UE
Description: Beginning August 2004 it was discovered that the building site contained catacombs from a brewery dating back to the 1800's. Several hundred yards of flowable fill was used. This process saved time and money and kept the project on schedule.

Project: Park East Tower

Description: This project consists of two buildings. One building is 27 floors with an adjoining building consisting of 6 floors. Started in mid-August 2005, this project has a very tight construction schedule. With the use of high performance mixes, the Contractor can tension the decks in one to tree days.
